First ?5 of oil and ?5 of electricity included in rent, electricity charged at 20 cents per unit by a meter reading and oil charged at 95 cents per litre by a meter reading, payable directly to owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture, BBQ and views over Killary Harbour. Sun terraces with furniture to entrance and rear of property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub and beach 10 mins walk. |
